Walking Weeks
Themed walking weeks are arranged with the help of Urs Zurbriggen of the Hotel Beau Site. A charge of CHF70 applies per person per week and includes 5 guided walks and 2 packed lunches. Please specify at the time of booking if you wish to participate (you may stay at any of the Saas-Fee hotels to participate).
The following walks are available:
- Springtime: 12-19 June & 19-26 June
- Upper Valais: 3-10 July, 28 August-5 September & 4-11 September
- Holy Waters: 7-14 August & 11-18 September
- In the footsteps of the Valais people: 10-17 July & 14-21 August.
The walking time with ascents and descents varies between three and five hours, with plenty of stops and refreshments. All walks commence on a Saturday and are suitable for reasonably fit people. You will need good walking boots, anorak, sunglasses, hat and a small rucksack. Lunch and transport costs are not included. Please note: walking routes are subject to minimum numbers.
