ZURICH FESTIVAL

Listen to the music of composers such as Mozart, Strauss, Stravinsky and Von Webber at the many open air venues around Zürich.

SECHSELAÜTEN, ZURICH
21-23 April 2012

The spring festival of Sechselaüten marks the transition from winter to summer. Now characterised by parades in historical costume & groups on horseback converging near the Opera House for the bonfire burning of a giant snowman.

FETES DE GENÈVE

Among one of the biggest events in Switzerland, visitors come in hundred and thousands to be part of the live music, watch the boat races and parades, enjoy some fairground rides and marvel at a truly wonderful fireworks display in beautiful Geneva.

SWISS NATIONAL DAY
1st August 2012
A celebration and Swiss National holiday. The atmosphere will reach it's element as the locals don traditional attire for parades with national flags, live music and fireworks to end the evening.
