Flims and Arosa

The village of Flims is located on a sunny terrace above the Rhine gorge, on the route of the world famous Glacier Express. There's something for everyone, from an excellent range of sports including paragliding, helicopter tours, ballooning, river rafting and canoeing to a network of 250km of walks. Cosy stublis and attractive bars and cafes offer visitors plenty of choice for a leisurely meal or drink.

Reached by train from Chur or by road through the most spectacular scenery, Arosa lies in a truly beautiful setting. The village has two Alpine lakes, the smaller Untersee offers swimming in the free lido, whereas the Obersee has pedaloes and rowing boats for hire. There are 200km of beautiful, well signposted walks in the pine woods and meadows through to high alpine hiking trails around the village. Throughout the season the tourist office arranges different events including walks and tours.
